Deposit Policy
Appointment Booking and Deposits
All scheduled appointments are considered tentative until a deposit is paid. We will notify you of any required deposit amount at the time of booking. This deposit is not an additional fee. It confirms your appointment and will be credited directly towards the cost of your treatment on the day of your visit.Confirmations, reminders, and keeping your spot
Once your deposit is received, your booking is confirmed and our team begins preparing for your visit. We will send 2 week, 1 week and 2 day reminders by SMS or email where possible. We will also be calling you the day before your appointment to confirm your appointment in the case that you do not confirm via SMS or email. You must respond with a Y (if attending) or N (if not attending) and our team will take the necessary measures to reschedule to the next available time slot at your convenience. These reminders are a courtesy; the appointment remains your responsibility even if a reminder is not received due to network, spam filtering, or contact detail issues. Please ensure your contact details are up to date and let us know promptly if something changes. Why Deposits?
Requiring a deposit helps ensure that the reserved time is respected. It also gives you peace of mind that your appointment slot is secured. Please note: If a deposit is not received by the specified deadline (at-least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment), the appointment may be placed on our waitlist and your appointment time will be given to another patient.Deposit Schedule
