Christoph comes to Royal Dental Care with over 10 years of operations management experience in different industry sectors, including Tourism, Aviation, Performing Arts, and Healthcare. He also runs a fashion label with his partner.
With his family having a background in Medicine and Healthcare, Christoph understands the focus on patient-centric care and strong clinical support. He has proven success in setting and implementing business strategies, meeting budgeted revenue, and exceeding customer service targets. Managing change, driving innovation, and growing customer support for business initiatives are what Christoph brings to RDC.
In his spare time, Christoph loves to hit the gym (5 days a week), loves to dance, and is occasionally scrolling on TikTok and taking selfies for Instagram.
Fun Fact: Christoph is a Hip Hop National Champion and is a gold and silver medallist for the World Supremacy Battleground competition. He has been on Australias Got Talent & he is also a part of the Ballroom Kiki House in Meanjin, The House of Alexander.
Christoph is currently studying a Master in Business Administration specialising in Health Operations & Accounting set to complete in May 2025
Neda is a senior leader of People & Culture with more than 20 years of experience focused on people, culture, and overall customer care. She has also overseen group wide corporate functions as well as significant involvement in multi-disciplinary project teams within the retail sector and has been awarded on multiple occasions for her exception standards in customer care.
She has a strong background in customer relations and has led complete culture transformations to drive value to patients at every interaction through personalisation, and more effective insight-driven service standards. Neda is confident in driving optimistic outcomes through her keen passion for individual leadership and team development and puts great focus on preparing her teams for further professional and personal growth.
With extensive knowledge of navigating businesses during periods of growth and change, Neda has proven success in supporting organisations to build capability through people, fostering positive and inclusive workplace culture, and enhancing business reputation.
